Neat Version has problems

Just installed new version and now cant resize my farm with pinch. I tried to send email to user support only to see there is no way to email support from app. Then on the support page they dont have the option to select tap farm. Seems they no longer care about it and released this new version just so customers can no longer use it.

Very sad.
